Navigation menu permanently collapsed

A few days ago, I clicked on the “Pin/Unpin navigation menu (Alt + A)” button at the bottom of the navigation menu.

Since then, the navigation menu has been permanently collapsed.

Clicking the button again does not help either. The navigation menu is pinned, but when I reload the page or log in again, the menu is collapsed again.

I have not found any settings that would cause this behavior.

I have also cleared the cache, but without success.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem?

Hello Llia,

I’m so embarrassed. This is the third entry I’ve completely overlooked.

The setting was, of course, set to “Yes.” After correcting the setting, the navigation menu is now working as expected.
Shame on me for not reading carefully enough :frowning:

Ah, I have a couple of ideas why this might have happened, but I’m not sure if it will be easy to fix without more structural changes.

I found a bug that’s causing it, and it will be fixed in Webmin 2.621.
