It may also be affecting Linux Distros as well, see Webmin will not start on boot - Webmin - Virtualmin Community.
That system is supposed to run systemd
, so it shouldn’t be affected in the same way.
FYI , been using the module in post 1 for years to manage zfs in webmin. Only issue is you have to use the old framed theme to get some of the functions to work. Which I don’t mind, I tend to use the lower overhead theme most of the time anyway.
@scotwnw I prefer the Authentic Theme with its dashboard which displays the current readouts from the server.
Also people have been having trouble with the JavaScript of the module, and they are at the time for the period using up to date web browsers. On top of this the web browsers have been updated lots of time since then, so the scripting is likely to be even more broken since then.

There is another module found at GitHub - JRGTH/zfsmanager: ZFS administration tool with Boot Environments manager for FreeBSD/Webmin that is a fork of that one. It also supports boot environments. Check the above github repo to find links to the actual extension file. I’m using it and it works great.
Would be nice if it would also support auto snapshots and replication.
