Mysql FullText index Configuration problem

Hi,

I have a problem with Mysql default configuration on my server.
I have to add sql_mode="" in the configuration.

But wuth a query on FullText search, my local server return lot of result, but the virtualmin server 0.
Both server has the same data and the same schema.

What is the possible problem ?
I can add all variable for both server if needed.
