My server need License renewal but I forgott virtualmin.com login and i dont have access to email that i used for registration

Hi there,

My virtualmin license expired and i want to renew it, but i also forget virtualmin.com password and i don’t have access to email that i used to register in first place !
Now I’m in strange situation which i don’t know how to resolve on my own.
Any directions ?

This is my old install line that i somehow have saved

wget -O install.sh http://software.virtualmin.com/cgi-bin/install.cgi?serial=5555992&key=CDJ44EBGGMS; /bin/sh install.sh
this is old serial and key which expired 2010-03-09

I really would like to avoid buying new license instead i would like to transfer old licenses to this new account if possible and pay for renewal.

It’s okay, we can work that all out.

Can you send an email to jamie@virtualmin.com and eric@virtualmin.com from the email address you want to use with your Virtualmin account, and in that email, include:

  1. Your Virtualmin license and serial #

  2. The name of your Virtualmin account

  3. Make the email subject something like “Missing Virtualmin Account Info”

Then, we’ll work with you to get things all figured out :slight_smile:
