Multi-lingual interface?

Has anyone started working on a multi-lingual interface. Rather than the 1 Language versions we are all working with.

I have built several Internationalized web application in the past. But they all had the ability for the users to select their own individual languages. Otherwise I need to setup 3 systems for English/French(qc)/Spanish(MX)…

Virtualmin and Webmin are already internationalized, and there are reasonably good translations for French and Spanish (though they are incomplete and we welcome improvements). Users can choose their language in the Change Language and Theme module, if you make it available to them.
