Missing the option Install script

SYSTEM INFORMATION
OS type and version Alma linux 9.4
Virtualmin version Version 7.20.2

I just installed Virtualmin on my server without any issues.
I want to use Roundcube for my mailserver and via this forum it was suggested to install this via “Install script”. But unfortunately I dont see the button/link to install the script.
Is this maybe because I installed LEMP during the auto installation?

Thank you in advance.

Hello,

We have recently renamed the “Install Scripts” link to “Manage Web Apps”; nevertheless, it remains in the same location in the navigation menu.

Some of these changes to the main menus can be VERY disturbing to experienced users not to mention the fact the destructive nature it has on the search within the forum (older posts often have answers that point to the old menu as a solution.)

I know that making such changes are well intended and considered but they often do not get any clear warning/announcement.

and… what impact do they have on bookmarks/favourites?

as these are not managed as traditional url links they are also unmanageable by the client or using 301/302 redirects.

And, they are not “really” apps… they are… PHP SCRIPTS… not to beat a dead horse.

I agree, I have been clicking Manage Web Apps a lot, when I actually intended to click Manage Virtual Server.

This is a guess, right? Because we didn’t change any URLs.

The concept covers installation features for WordPress, phpMyAdmin, Django, Node.js, and many more. We deal with the tools to build, manage, and run web applications. Thus, “Manage Web Apps” is a more fitting and modern name for this purpose.

Sorry about that! I understand, it may take some time to adjust to this change. Perhaps, using icons for orientation could help.

That’s my confusion (I’m just not paying enough attention to changes) as a mouse right click does open the link.

perhaps I should stop using some menu -> some menu -> somewhere in posts and try to stick to images with annotations!
