So when I tick ‘Email settings’ on my domain, this option is nowhere to be found. I haven’t found a similar problem. Attached the screenshot.

virtualmin->email settings->Spam and Virus Scanning gives you this

That is kind of unintuitive, though, since filters don’t just involve spam and AV. I think the setting is there because it is a function of procmail, which also does the spam and AV processing.
It’s also a global setting & not a per domain setting, so should not appear in the domain settings but maybe at some point, if it is doable, there could be per domain option for this
