Missed step after renewal process


We have purchased a renewal for the following order “1658” (serial = 5556873) but probably miss a step to allocate the payment to the right order so it is always “expired”
How can we correct this?




Yeah, sometimes the store isn’t able to apply the renewal automatically. If it hasn’t occurred yet, my suggestion would be to file a support request, using the Support link above. Then Jamie will be able to manually handle that renewal for you.

As an aside, you can tell your customer that warning only shows up for the root user, and you don’t lose any functionality.
