I have two dedicated servers in the cloud running CentOS 6, with Webmin and Virtualmin installed. These servers are used for DNS records, web, and mail hosting. I want to upgrade the OS from CentOS to AlmaLinux, but since a direct upgrade isn’t possible and the only option is to reinitialize the servers, I need a solution to migrate the configuration of webmin and vhosts to a new third server ??
The standard backup and restore should work perfectly well. Be cautious when manually migrating Webmin and other system configs, as most of them won’t be compatible when transferring from CentOS 6 to Alma 9.

Thank you very much for your response. Could you please tell me which directories hold the Webmin configuration?
Yes, I want to back up those module configurations, and if there’s any other configuration, I need to back it up as well ??
Again, be very careful when restoring these! You need to know exactly what you’re doing, or you might break your new installation.
I strongly recommend using Virtualmin’s backup and restore feature for domains instead of micro-managing global configurations, including Webmin settings.
For example, if you have specific Webmin configurations, such as multiple pre-configured backups in “System → Filesystem Backup”, restore only those—without overwriting the new module’s config file!
I do think this is the wrong word to use, in english this appears you are over reaching
