Would there be any problems migrating an account from a VPS with LAMP to one with LEMP?
This account only has a MySQL database and some files, it does not have a website.
Then web server is irrelevant. So, no problems expected. But, a new system will have Mariadb instead of MySQL, which may or may not need some attention. A backup does a dump, so it’s as compatible as it can be, but going from MySQL to Mariadb is quirkier than it used to be (mostly because of things Oracle has done to MySQL). But, if it’s a pretty old MySQL, it should be fine.
