Message Filters | Pipe to a Script?

One of the features I’m missing to migrate a client’s server over to Virtualmin is the ability to execute a PHP script when a sender address contains a certain sender, and then deliver the mail normally. Any ideas on how to do this in Usermin without coding it myself? (My Perl sucks.)
