Mails are not sent from my website

it has bee a week since I didn’t get any emails from my opencart website (from contact us or new orders and new customers registration).
I noticed after an customer sent me an email directly to me asking when I was going to reply.
I would be really glad if you could let me know what could be the problem as on Opecart error log there aren’t any issues.

Thanks,
Roberto

What about the mail log? Have you looked there?

Thanks for your reply. Honestly I didn’t know where to look and also I am not sure if I am looking at the right log at Webmin / System → System Log → var/log/maillog? Sorry, I had to remove the .com extension in the log as the admin would not let me post the message with more than 2 links:

Thanks.

As for the gmail issues, it’s quite clear:

You are missing either PTR, DKIM, DMARC or SPF (or a combination of those).

As for the second one, it says “Sender address rejected” which, without knowing the domain, is difficult to guess what’s causing.

How would that possible as until around 10 days ago I was getting emails for customers registrations or orders and then nothing?
No changes have been made on the server for months …
I made the requested updates yesterday hoping that rebooting the server at the end of the updates would restore the mail service, but nothing have changed.
How do I check these and how do I proceed to resolve this issue?
Thanks again,
Roberto

First of all, read up on what Google says in this link.
Then check your domain on mxtoolbox.com to see if everything is “as it should” regarding DNS set up.
If you want, send me your domain in PM and I can take a quick look.
