The rules that I find really help are
SPF_NONE
SPF_FAIL
SPF_SOFTFAIL
I set them to 10 points and have auto delete on. I also set these globaly:
Webmin --> Servers --> SpamAssassin Mail Filter --> Header and Body Tests -> Advanced
