Lost a couple days worth of data.

So I restarted my server today and it seems like I lost 2 days worth of data… everything I uploaded to ftp, every change to mysql GONE…
what THE HECK happened!

for some weird reason it booted from a backup disk instead of booting from the main disk… >.>
