Let's encrypt fails (something wrong with let's encrypt)?

i try in two servers let’s encrypt failed in both of the servers is there a problem with let’s encrypt why both of the servers failed to take certificate

Please post a copy of your “/var/log/letsencrypt/letsencrypt.log” file. Your question does not help us, help you alone.

ok i will take a look at the error log of let’s encrypt if i cannot find a solution i will ask here for a help by posting also the log so if i understand what it tells i will ask help from you

i think that let’s encrypt requires an active domain?? registered some where like namecheap?

sure does, how else are you creating the servers without active domains?

i try one active domain and everything was fine with let’s encrypt so it’s obvious it it require an active domain to complete the process of let’s encrypt
