I’m using Let’s Encrypt to provide SSL certs to several of my Virtualmin hosts, and it’s working nicely. However I would like to also use those certificates for other services on the same server, not connected to Virtualmin. This means I need to either symlink the ssl.everything file to another directory and loosen the permissions, not my favorite. Or it means I need to copy the ssl.everything file to another directory and change the owner to match the other daemon, which I like, but it would have to be done every time the certificate gets renewed. Is there a mechanism to run an arbitrary command each time Let’s Encrypt does its magic every two months, or is there a more elegant way around all of this?
