when i try to update the packages i’ve this error:

You can upgrade to an operating system that has not reached end of life. Focal reached end of life several months ago.

Upgrading in place is a question addressed by your operating system documentation.

I usually recommend folks migrate to a new system running an up to date OS (Ubuntu 24.04 in your case, since migrating to newer versions of the same OS is usually easier than jumping to another OS). Just in case anyone else comes here, ondrej stops supplying files when the Ubuntu OS ie EOL

Anything not listed here is not supported. It might or might not work. Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty, Ubuntu 16.04 Xenial, Ubuntu 18.04 Bionic, Ubuntu 20.04 Focal, Debian 8 Jessie, Debian 9 Stretch and Debian 10 Buster are not supported in this repository.

Don’t ask about the packages for unsupported distributions, they are gone. I don’t backup the old packages, I can’t dig them up from some “archive”.
