Issue installing - Failed to download Webmin Developers key

OS type and version Ubuntu 24.04.3
Virtualmin version None as not installed yet

Installing Webmin on a server and received this issue. I have looked on this forum and other forums and couldn’t find anyone with a similar issue - sorry if this has already been solved elsewhere.

Just having this exact problem trying to update Webmin. on same OS and Version.

Or this trying to use Webmin to do the update:
Err:1 Index of /download/newkey/repository stable/contrib amd64 webmin all 2.610
Certificate verification failed: The certificate is NOT trusted. The certificate chain uses expired certificate. Could not handshake: Error in the certificate verification. [IP: 45.76.69.64 443]

Ditto to the message from OP. I’m getting an expired certificate message.
