I purchased 2 license keys, each one for 10 virtual servers. At the time they where each used on a separate system. I combined the systems to 1 server, but is it possible to combine the licenses so that I can have 20 virtual servers on the one box?

My suggestion would be to file a Support Request using the Support link above, and ask there.
Joe and Jamie are pretty flexible with licensing, and they never want anyone to feel trapped with what they bought.
I have a suspicion that they’ll let you trade your two 10 domain licenses for a single 50 domain license – since the two you have would cost slightly more than a single 50.
File a support request though, and we can work from there
