Hi, installing Wordpress 6.7.2 (don’t know about the other version) from Manage Web Apps is not creating the .htaccess so no way to go to /wp-admin or any other as it will give errors.

As seen here no .htaccess file was created:

There won’t be a .htaccess on install.
What error are you getting. Maybe check the logs.

Yes, by default, WordPress does not always create an .htaccess file automatically, as WordPress generates .htaccess when you enable Permalinks (e.g., “Post name”) in admin area.

well, it will do the .htaccess file if users skip the “Do not perform initial setup”.

Nope, I mean you can try. The .htaccess shouldn’t matter to logging into wp-admin. I even tested on a cpanel install. Like Ilia said the .htaccess is only created when you have logged in and enable Permalinks.
Can you screenshot what error you are seeing. Are you seeing a website without login?

You could create one

I don’t think thats your issue though.
