I use centos 6 (webmin / virtualmin) and I need in the same server php5.2.17 and php 5.3.3 (the one already has on the server)

Unfortunately, there aren’t really any supported PHP 5.2.x packages any longer.
PHP 5.2 reached it’s end of life 7 years ago.
That said, you could probably find some PHP 5.2.x packages out there for CentOS 6, and you could always install an older CentOS version.
However, there’s security issues with those older/unsupported PHP versions, and we’d highly recommend against it.
