Install Error: file has unexpected size (3186 != 13848). Mirror sync in progress?

On a clean Ubuntu Server 18.04 LTS
When I use the install.sh I get an install error:
E: Failed to fetch http://software.virtualmin.com/vm/6/gpl/apt/pool/main/v/virtualmin-lamp-stack/virtualmin-lamp-stack_6.0.9+ubuntu-18.04_all.deb File has unexpected size (3186 != 13848). Mirror sync in progress? [IP: 149.28.242.101 80]

Is this an error on my system or is the install corrupt?

Solved… proxy caching issue!
