I know in Webmin under ‘webmin users’ there’s a ‘*’ beside the username. What about Usermin? Is there any visual indication I can use to discern if they’ve registered?

I guess I’ll answer my own question as I found the answer. You can go into Users and Groups. > Click on a username who you want to know about regarding whether or not they’ve set up 2FA.
In the bottom of the users settings, you’ll find a button… “Login to Usermin” it’ll automatically open their account under Usermin if you already have rights. You can then click on the “Two-Factor Authentication” hyperlink in the left side menu tree and it’ll open a screen saying they’ve already set it up.
