index.php pages give a url not found 404 error

Debian 4 box, virtualminpro 3.47

Any idea why an index.php page will not work? It consistently gives a url not found (404) error. I checked the Apache directory indexing page and it is in the list.

Also now that the upgrade to 3.47 happened, my email addresses don’t always work from outlook. It checks the email address and then the box with the user id and password comes up. I click OK and sometimes it finsishes and sometimes it just pops back up.

Hmm… Must be a problem with my computer. I tried both at a different computer at a different location and everything seems to work.
