Importe database

hello friends please how to import a database I have the option to deactivate

if this is a database created elsewhere virtualmin does not know about it so therefore can not import it. This option should be in the webmin->servers->database server (maria or mysql depends on what is installed) section, just had a quick look and can not see an option to install a new database, perhaps there should be ?
if this is the case, use phpmyadmin as root to import it

That form is for changing ownership of a database that’s already on the system to belong to a virtual server user. I admit the naming is unfortunate. But, since you don’t have any existing databases to import you see nothing.

To restore a dumped database from another system (assuming it’s not part of a cPanel or other supported control panel backup), create a new database (with appropriate charset) owned by the domain owner, and then use Manage Databases->Execute SQL->Run SQL From File.
