I want to retrieve the password on the Webmin page

The password for Webmin is the same as the root password for your system, by default. If you don’t have a root user password, it will be any sudo-capable user with ALL privileges.
If you are somehow able to login to the server with a root or sudo-capable user via ssh and not Webmin, that probably means you changed the Webmin password to a password separate from the system root user password, and you can change it back by editing /etc/webmin/miniserv.users and changing the password field for root (or your sudo-capable user) to an x, (removing the hashed password that you’ve changed it to, so Webmin goes back to using the system password).
If you have a sudo-capable user that somehow doesn’t work with Webmin, the easiest way to get in is to set a new password for the root user, using the following command (but by your sudo-capable user):
sudo passwd root
Enter your sudo password, if asked, and then set a new password for root. There is always a root user in Webmin and in Linux, even if it doesn’t have a password to prevent logins, so if the system has a password for that user, you will be able to login to Webmin as that user. And, the root user in Webmin is, by default, unlimited.
If you can’t login to your server via ssh, either, we can’t help. We obviously don’t know your password, and there is obviously no way to login to Webmin without a password. You have to be able to login to your server somehow to make changes to Webmin.

If such a thing was possible, then publicly announcing such a route on the internet would make it possible to compromise every one and every system.
