You did however seem to ignore the answers that would help you get SA to actually work.
From the logs you posted it is obvious what the error is:

You need to change your system resolved to use f.ex. the BIND running on localhost or any other non-public DNS server.
Since most of the checks in SA involves some kind of DNS query, they will be blocked when using Google, Cloudflare or any other public servers.
