I purchased 7 servers 4 from ubuntu 3 from CentOS but issue remain same for virtualmin kindly resolve my issue i have already purchased virtualmin Professional nothing works for me

I have already wasted lots of money and time on this virtualmin issue

In my case I am able to download that script without problems. I can ping virtualmin.com too. It is not an issue related to Virtualmin server. You should talk to those who provided you with the Internet connection of the servers. It could be a problem related to the network configuration, how DNS is resolved and many more.

You should do a traceroute to virtualmin.com, if you come to the conclusion that you can access other resources on the Internet. It is possible that a router has fallen in the way. How long can you not download that script?

PS - it is a bit rude to express your displeasure after a post created 29 minutes ago and tell everybody that you spent money and that there is a problem in Virtualmin. A true sysadmin should not complain about such things.

Virtualmin has a fully working GPL version, no need for pro version until you learn how to use it.
OK, I think I posted earlier that connection to download was down, temp issue I would think.

Well, i just wiped clean an entire production server to make a clean installation and upgrade to latest debian version thinking i would have it running again in no time… jokes on me, as i’m facing the same problem…

Now i’m stuck looking at lines saying;

It happens from time to time

Still down… Can’t update servers…

The software.virtualmin.com and virtualmin.com are two separate servers.

@Joe we need to migrate to a new ISP. The current provider has huge downtimes on regular basis — it is not acceptable for us!
