After I changed SSL setting panel and all websites gone. I can reach by ssh but I don’t know what should I do.
Why I did this? Because ssl wasn’t working healthy.

Can you tell us what setting you changed? Was it in webmin? I can’t think of any setting under the individual virtual servers that would affect everything.
What do you mean by gone? What error are you getting? Are you comfortable posting an url to one of the sites here for testing? You can remove it later. I’d ask you send me a PM but I won’t be here much longer.
I changed privte key and certificate file root.
I removed SSLv2, SSLv3, TLSv1.0
And I removed additional certificate files.
If there is option make it default by terminal/ssh it would be good.
Websites came back for no reason but still can’t reach the panel.
If you have Virtualmin, you have no reason to ever mess with SSL in Webmin. You can use any Virtualmin domain to connect to Webmin and if it has a certificate for that domain managed by Virtualmin, Webmin will automatically use that cert.
But, also, nothing you do in the Webmin Configuration page can have any effect on your websites. It’s not even the same web server, there is no connection there.
I don’t know why but there was subdomain on that I shared image and I had SSL issue with that subdomain. Can’t I bring the panel back if there is a way make settings default? I can reach the server via SSH.

Look under Grade B supported systems
Mac OS and it’s built in consumer security rules will make it harder. Your particular install might leave you without much pier support and lots of googling.
Did you install on a mac server on a network? Computer behind a home router? What Mac OS? How are you trying to login and what do you get? Is Webmin running?
