https://mydomain:20000 page can not be found? no webmail

I installed virtualmin I think successfully

but now when I try to visit

https://myip:20000

I see the page is not there

what can I do ? virtualmin works but it seems webmail is not working???!!!

Howdy,

Virtualmin runs on port 10000, and Usermin runs on port 20000. When you access http://your_ip:10000, do you see the Virtualmin login screen?

Or are you having trouble accessing both Virtualmin and Usermin?

One thing you might try is to restart Usermin… you can do that by logging into your server over SSH as root, and running “/etc/init.d/usermin restart”.
