Hi there,
It appears that your certificate is not issued for all subdomains.
Are you using mail.yourdomain.tld in Outlook?
Looks like you are using default domain certificate for SMTP and IMAP/POP3
You have your SMTP server (Postfix) called something like “mail.mydomain.com”
Your IMAP/POP3 server (Dovecot) should normally use something like “imap.mydomain.com”
You need to get certificate for those domains and use them in the relative server configuration.
Domain names for which you need to get valid certificates are here when you are setting up outlook

On the picture above, notice the incoming / outgoing mail server - here you see the domain names you need to have in your SMTP/IMAP certificate
better use a newer Outlook version (2016 or newer) or an email client that just works (eg. thunderbird).
