please am doing some ad on Google cloud. and I have to a aTag for google to monitor my conversions on the advert.

How can I add, the Google Tag or tracker as provided by Google. Thanks

Do you wish to add the Google tag to Virtualmin or to a website / virtual server hosted on Virtualmin?

to Virtualmin. Thank you

Hmm. I’ve never had to do thIs so am unable to offer a perfect answer but this might help:

Why?
I understand why you might wish to add it to a single website controlled by Virtualmin but not why Virtualmin itself

Hi Stegan,

I need to have that tag on a particular virtual server. what ever solution you give to me now that will solve my will be appreciated… Thanks for your support.

You can’t add google code to virtualmin, its purpose is not to be a webserver, it is a platform to facilitate webservers.

If it is a wordpress site there are many plugins out there, also if you are doing your own campaign and do not now how to do this, perhaps you should not be doing Ads on google yourself.

make sure you set your daily spend to something sensible otherwise it will empty your bank account

I think you are confusing Virtualmin as a server and (actual) webservers.
Hence our question and answers. (If you are attempting to target Ads on this Forum that is a definite NO NO :rage:)

If you are attempting to add an Ad to your own website that you are hosting on a Virtualmin server then I suggest you consult the documentation for Google and the coder for the website (in whatever code they use) as such things can get very complicated quite quickly.

Also be very aware of breaking laws on privacy/cookies/T&C rules/& licensing.

its fine. resolved my problem.

Why would I want do ads on virtualmin. what I wanted was an already made solution directed to the virtual servers create in virtualmin. but it is all good… Done my stuff. thanks any way

thanks so much for your input…
