how I can install an SSL certificate for a CNAMErecord?
I’ve to use it with “Sendy”, that allows to rewrite server address without using a sub-server, pointing a new domain via CNAME to the original server.
Hope my question was clear!

By simply adding the CNAME domain new name record to a list of names for SSL request:
… that said, it requires web-server (Apache/Nginx) alias records to exist (for web validation to pass).
The easiest way would be is to request wildcard certificate for *.dom.com, if DNS hosted locally.
