you did add the username & password for the domain owner or did you just create new ones ?

Maybe the have restrict password format. never had that issue with wordpress

just testing and installed fine. I just use what was added automatically.
Let me test with that username

Used 12 characters, still having the issues.

raise a support ticket, that’s not normal.

OP is a GPL user, support tickets are for Pro customers. Discussing the problem here is the right thing.

Though Joomla is a Pro-only Install Script…so, not sure what we’re seeing here. Maybe OP is a Pro subscriber on a different account. I dunno.
