How to enable users to create their own aliases in Usermin?

I can not see where a user using Usermin can see and create new email aliases.
Am I missing something here?

Usermin does not have the necessary privileges to add aliases. Creating an alias requires editing the Postfix virtual map, and Usermin runs as the logged in user.

A domain owner user can add aliases in Virtualmin, as long as you’ve granted them that privilege (it’s allowed by default).
