I am complete noob in Linux
I want to create email address associated with my domain name so I could get and send emails.
Webmin interface by default from VPS provider added
Installed postfix via webmin panel
What steps I shoud take in order to create an email address and access it?

As I mentioned in my reply to your tweet, if you’re new to Linux and hosting it makes no sense to use Webmin by itself instead of Virtualmin (which includes and is built on top of Webmin). The right path for you is starting with a freshly installed supported OS and installing Virtualmin as documented on Downloading and Installing Virtualmin | Virtualmin
Webmin is a general purpose systems management tool, it is not a web hosting control panel.
