How to create a webmail on virtualmin?

I wonder how could I create a webmail like email@mydomain.com to recieve and send emails?

I don’t think I understand the question.

There are many webmail clients in Virtualmin, including the default Usermin (which is available automatically from installation on port 20000 for every domain, and automatically redirected from webmail.domain.tld if there is a DNS record for that name, which happens automatically if you host DNS locally).

But, it sounds like you just want an email address, which has nothing to do with webmail? Email accounts can be created for a domain by selecting the domain and clicking Mail and FTP Users, and clicking Add a user to this server.
