Its no longer G Suite it Google Workspace.
Only thing you need to do is edit DNS settings. Hosting of mail is not with Virtualmin.

I think SMTP.GOOGLE.COM, normally you should be told the settings when it is setup in the control panel of google workspace or they email the client.

I have one client using it and they use the second option.
I also noticed they added a cname for mail.example.com to ghs.google.com so the client can collect mail.
but docs have a different address.
The fact you used the name G Suite sounds like its a old setup.
Maybe disable mail seeing your using Google Workspace, says it in the error.
