How do I get support?

I would like to get some support, but the support order form seems to be only for a new installation. Where do I order general support?

Ive posted a question to the forum but no reply for several days and its pretty critical.

The issue tracker is usually the best way to get a response on time critical problems. It is monitored by both Jamie and I. Email to will also get someone’s attention, usually (but it’s not as good as the issue tracker, because only I get those emails unless I’m on vacation).
