For Virtualmin Pro to be able to control Cloudflare domain zone, you should first add Cloudflare credentials to Addresses and Networking ⇾ Cloud DNS Providers page. Note that at the moment only configuration using Cloudflare API key is supported. Next Virtualmin Pro release will support API token as well.
