How access Netdata installed on the server from Home computer

SYSTEM INFORMATION
OS type and version Ubuntu 22
Virtualmin version 7

I have a fresh ubuntu server in the datacenter with Virtualmin installed. I have also installed Netdata on it. I know I can reach it via localhost:19999 but how can I reach it from my work computer at home

Anyone?

if http://your-ipaddress:19999 does not work …then check and make sure you have the port open in your firewall

ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE. Port is open

If I ping the ip it works, if I ping ip +port it say service unknown

are you sure netdata is running and on port 19999? sudo systemctl status netdata

oaded: loaded (/lib/systemd/system/netdata.service; enabled; vendor preset: enabled)
Active: active (running) since Sun 2024-11-17 03:26:27 CST; 7h ago

Sounds like your provider might have a firewall too?
