The error seems pretty clear to me. You don’t have SPF configured correctly (SPF is in DNS records), and DKIM failed (either because it’s not present or is misconfigured) for the emultec.ma domain.

it’s not just with emultec.ma it’s with all domains

OK, that means you don’t have SPF or DKIM setup properly for all domains.

If your DNS zones are hosted outside of Virtualmin, you need to create the SPF records suggested by Virtualmin.

DKIM is a thing you have to enable and configure. DomainKeys Identified Mail | Virtualmin — Open Source Web Hosting Control Panel

Actually, your emultec.ma domain does have an SPF record:

host -t txt emultec.ma
emultec.ma descriptive text "v=spf1 include:spf.antispamcloud.com -all"

Unless spf.antispamcloud.com is your Virtualmin server, you’re telling the world not to accept mail from it.

Alaaeddine my friend, since this is a new install of Virtualmin that you have just launched, why are the settings not default? Default settings work.
