High storage uses in almalinux 9

Virtualmin dashboard shows Local disk space 33.56 GiB used / 555.9 GiB free / 589.47 GiB total

However, i don’t get the right storage uses with SSH,

I have a Ubuntu 22.04 server and the storage uses is about 7-8GB only.

Both are Fresh install with LEMP stack, minimal.

1% doesn’t look high but if I run df -h in a terminal I get

so they are not far out in my case
