Hi all i get a erro when trying to sent email
said: 530 5.7.0 Must issue a
STARTTLS command first (in reply to MAIL FROM command)
but i cant find starttls i have only tls in my SMTP Authentication And Encryption

SYSTEM INFORMATION
OS type and version CentOS Linux 7.9.2009
Webmin version 2.111

Whats client do you use.

i am trying via browser and even outlook

Not sure what you mean browser, that’s not a smtp client.
Outlook has many versions, so its very vague.
Most smtp clients will have STARTTLS in there settings.

this is my thunderbird
image

i try this even in thunderbird i got the same error

Unless this is not enabled on server. Can you send via port 25 with plain text and no encryption.

I use virtualmin so its all enabled on server.

Does postfix look like this

its the same but i cant find the option into the server setting in the webmin i have use

Not sure how to fix on webmin, maybe remove tls and see if you can send via port 25.

Did you notice the the os - centos 7, if this is a new server I think it maybe wise to start over with a supported OS rather than an OS that is EOL in a few days

and use virtualmin, alot easier.

docs
https://www.postfix.org/TLS_README.html

i know that but i dont have direct access to the OS only the webmin

Do you mean virtualmin rather than webmin ? As if you have access to webmin you should have access to root

As a domain owner - a Webmin user - you seem to have access to both

I have logged on to a system using the domain owner (it’s called the Server Owner  ) and separately the Admin owner (as Master Admin root) I think it depends on what access levels are given to the user.
