Help Not work Usermin

Hello

I can send emails from my Virtualmin server but cannot receive incoming emails. Need help resolving this issue.

|DKIM:|‘PASS’
|DMARC:|‘PASS’

Please help

Are you with a provider that has a firewall that might be blocking ports? You give us virtually no information that is helpful here.

I don’t use any other services, only Cloudflare.

I tried Cloudflare once and it broke my mail so I dropped it and never looked back. There are posts on here about how to work with email and Cloudflare if you search. Leaving out Cloudflare was a big miss in the original post. :wink:

But the email is direct to the server without using Cloudflare

Usermin problem



index does not appear and does not show file size


Either open through the mobile application
All emails appear and receive emails

Can receive and send normal through the phone e-mail program

What is the solution to a problem? usermin

You might want to change the title to Usermin not working since you are receiving emails. I really can’t help with Usermin though. Sorry.

You maybe proxying the mail server? That won’t work. Is the IP the same as server?

all setting seem fine, not proxy. Seems like a firewall as that IP is different to the mail.onesoftpro.com IP. Very unusual as its normally a block on outbound.

Look like mxtools incorrect info there. I sent a test email to your domain and the greylist has rejected for what time period so you server is recieving.

But it appears in messages in the Mail Queue.

webmin > servers > Postfix Mail Server > Mail Queue

Also it did not appear on the phone previously it appeared because it is the same on the site

So to be clear. The mobile client isn’t working?
What do you have on this page?

seem like you alias database hasn’t been built.
Maybe run systemctl status postfix
and see if postfix complains
In Postfix check both Mail Alais and Virtual Domains, does it look ok?
