my host blocked my email port because it says there are hundreds of outgoing messages in very short period of time.

I’m learning about server administration with virtualmin and maybe we can elucidade some issues 
Is it possible that your server is open, as a relay? (Check at http://mxtoolbox.com/ under SMTP test)
Are you using a firewall like CSF?
Is any domain of the email listes in your log hosted on your server?
