I am running Webmin 1.782 and the issue seems to be still there - right?
When I log in to VM Pro 1.782 mailman is indeed listed under servers-virtualmin-mailman as expected and works fine. From my point of view it’s resolved.

came across this the other day. Am using Ubuntu 14.04 LTS, still a problem to create new users in the virtualmin module for mailman, so same here.
