Good secure passwords ready to use for installation

Passwords offered when creating VMs, users, or databases should have the most digit security.

Here there could be a way to speed up installations by generating more difficult passwords, but which can be used anywhere.

I always get mine at:
https://passwordsgenerator.net/ with a minimum length of 22 characters.

As not all symbols offered can be used everywhere, I delete those that could generate problems, but this could already come in the installation to facilitate deployment.

Below are all that are offered, but not all of them can be used anywhere for example for the database:
!"; #$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@^_`{|}~

can it be done here, I’m happy with default. I would have no idea where to find that square symbol on my keyboard.

Yes, it can be done.
As it is a security item it should be included.
Remember that we are getting several new users.
This procedure would be simple to enter.

Thanks for the heads up!

Alright, the next version of Virtualmin will, by default, use a 25-character length for passwords.

Can it be used in Webmin?

I’m sorry, I didn’t understand the question. What can be used in Webmin?

Can the new passwords you implement also be used in webmin?

I guess. I’m sorry—I still don’t understand what you’re trying to ask.

Will this procedure work for usermin/webmin passwords? Is the test you are taking only for Virtualmin?

This is primarily for users created in Virtualmin, and it can also be used for Usermin logins.

This is a good topic to consider. If I may, I would add two things: first is to use a password manager outside one’s server and kept somewhere safe, and two to use quantum-proof passwords. We can never be too careful.
