I have a strange issue with gmail, sometimes the emails coming from gmail to my server and sometimes fail, but the people do not get any error mail from gmail or my server, just do not get emails. This only happens with gmail.

What you can do in that case is to look at the email logs, to figure out if there’s any errors, or see where the message is being delivered,
You can look at the email logs in either /var/log/maillog, or /var/log/mail.log, depending on your distro.
Also, the procmail log can assist too – that’s in /var/log/procmail.log.

that´s the point, in these logs there is no info regarding email from gmail to my server, only emails from my server to gmail … my server send emails to gmail without any problem.

If there’s no message in your logs that Gmail has attempted to deliver a message to your server – that means they aren’t reaching your server at all for some reason.
You may want to verify that there isn’t a firewall setup that might be blocking Gmail. If there isn’t, and you’re certain that all other emails are coming through – you may need to talk to your provider to see if they’re blocking Gmail for some reason.
Also, are you always able to send email to Gmail? The issue is just in receiving email?
