I’ve recently been learning a LOT about php-fpm. Brought on by the issue of pm.max_children = 9999. 
I don’t see a way to edit these values in Virtualmin, other than editing the /pool.d/*.conf value manually in File Manager. Have I missed it somewhere? Or is it coming in v7?
Yes, thank you, I am aware of that but there is no interface.
I do see now that there is a PHP FCGId sub-processes setting, which seems to only appear after you select/submit a change to fpm mode. Would be nice if that appeared before you have to submit, and it would be nice if there were also fields for the other fpm settings.
